Comprehensive eye exams are essential to maintain the health of your eyes. In addition to optimizing your vision with glasses and contacts, an exam with one of our eye doctors can determine if you have any underlying systemic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes which may irreversibly damage your overall health and vision.
PEDIATRIC EXAMS
Annual eye exams are important for children to insure their eyes are healthy and developing properly. Children should have their first comprehensive eye exam at 6 months old, then at age 3 and before entering kindergarten. The State of Illinois requires all children entering kindergarten to have a full eye exam and a school form filled out by their eye doctor.
Our dedicated pediatric optometrists test all aspects of your child’s vision including, visual acuity, binocularity, and eye focusing abilities.
CONTACT LENSES
